Moment Factory is an internationally renowned multimedia entertainment studio specializing in the design and production of immersive environments, combining video, lighting, architecture, sound, and special effects. Based in Montreal, the studio also has offices in Paris, Tokyo, New York, and Singapore. Jacques-André plays a strategic advisor role there, in addition to providing executive coaching.
Soif de Musique: Since its inception in 2019, the festival has been a resounding success, now attracting over 40,000 paid entries annually. Jacques-André helped develop the strategic plan and advised on the organization's governance.
Espace Diffusion: Following the acquisition of the Théâtre des Tournesols by new owners in 2022, Jacques-André, along with the team, helped design a strategic development plan aimed at increasing its cultural impact for both artists and the community.
